Prysmian FP Plus Enhanced Fire Cable 1.5mm² 2 Core + Earth Red 100m Drum

Prysmian FP Plus (also known as Enhanced FP, FP Enhanced, or FP200 Plus) is the enhanced-grade, hard-skin, dressable fire resistant cable specified for fire alarm and emergency lighting circuits where extended fire survival is required. It meets the “enhanced” cable requirements of BS 5839-1 (fire detection and alarm systems) and BS 5266-1 (emergency lighting), and is manufactured to BS 7629-1.

Unlike soft-skin silicone fire cables, FP Plus uses Prysmian’s unique Insudite® insulation — a tough, damage-resistant compound that survives 120 minutes of fire exposure (PH 120) alongside mechanical impact and water spray, making it the preferred enhanced fire cable for high-risk and high-rise buildings.
